Before then, Al-Nassr take on Miami in a friendly match on Thursday, before taking on Saudi rivals Al-Hilal a week later. Now, the 38-year-old has posted a photo of himself on social media with a message to his followers.

Now, they may lock horns in this friendly match one last time, provided Ronaldo can shake off an injury that led to Al-Nassr's pre-season tour to China being canned.

After these friendly fixtures for both teams, the Saudi season for Al-Nassr resumes on February 14 in the AFC Champions League away to Al Feiha, whereas Miami kickstart their MLS campaign on February 22 at home to Real Salt Lake.
